

400 g Roquefort sausage
4 tortillas
1 lemon
Cream cheese
50 g coriander
50 g mint
Mix the cream cheese together with the chopped herbs (basil, coriander and mint), a dash of lemon juice and olive oil. Spread the mixture over the wraps. Grate the mimolette and sprinkle over the mixture. Peel and chop the onion. Brown the onion in the olive oil. Spread the onion evenly over the tortillas. Fry the Roquefort sausages and place one in the centre of each wrap. Add the salad leaves and the tomato slices. Roll the wraps up. Enjoy your meal !
